Aloo Palak Recipe

This is a very Simple recipe, combination Of potato with Spinach.Today I prepared this Sabzi, it is simple and ideal to pack for Lunchbox. Overall a healthy one too.

Aloo Palak or Potato Spinach is probably the easiest recipe of a full-fledged meal. And the ingredients also are less. You can prepare it easily with just a few green chilis, salt, garlic and turmeric powder.

This was one of the recipes, that was shared on the blog Evergreen Recipes, back when the blog name was something else. Sorry for the photos that are not great in quality like the photos of our recent recipes. But the recipe is still delicious. So, I recommend you should try it out.

Ingredients Quantity
Potato 3
Spinach 1/2 kg
Green Chillies 10
salt To taste
garlic 3 flakes
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

1. Wash potato and Spinach, Cut potato into cubes and chopped spinach.

2. Heat oil in kadhai or pan, add chopped garlic, stir it for a minute.

3. Now add chopped spinach and diced potato, Add green chillies, turmeric powder and salt.

4. Cover and Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

5. serve hot with chapattis or Rice.

6. Enjoy!
