Homemade Atta Ladoo Recipe

Atta Laddoos  is a traditional sweet and is a regular one in the northern part of India. It is quite similar to Besan Laddoo in both preparation as well as taste.  We have roasted the wheat flour, put together some interesting ingredients which are easily available in the kitchen.

this can also be stored to be consumed later or to serve the guests, I am sure they will love it.

I have created it the simplest way possible, but you can improvise this recipe by adding some ground dry fruits. Follow this recipe to prepare Atta laddoo.

Check out the recipes of Ladoo we have posted on the blog so far.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 5-8 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Wheat flour 3 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Cardamom green 2 no’s
Clarified butter or Ghee 1 1/2 cup
Almonds (chopped) 4 teaspoon

Method:

1. Take the wheat flour in a non-stick pan and roast it on medium heat with continuous stirring with spatula until nice aroma comes or flour turns into a light golden brown in color.

2. Take sugar and cardamom green in a blender and blend it to make fine powder. Combine roasted flour and powdered sugar in a broad bowl.

3. Add melted ghee in a bowl and mix it well. Make ping pong size balls from the mixture. I have made 30 ladoo from this mixture. Dip one part of ladoo in ghee and garnish with chopped almonds. I dipped the ladoo in ghee so that almonds can stick to ladoo. Atta ladoo is ready, enjoy this awesome ladoo at home.

4.Enjoy!!
