Cheese Garlic Cup (Garlic Bread Topped With Cheese)

I shared the recipe of Garlic Bread the other day, which is still being appreciated a lot. I had some dough left after that recipe, so the creative side of me asked myself to prepare something different that can be shared on the blog also. Yes, this happens all the time, I am forced by my inner self to prepare different recipes so that I get more content for the blog.

These Cheese Garlic Cups make a perfect evening snack  that everyone can enjoy. I hope you will like my efforts with this one as well.

Ingredients for dough used for making Cups:

The ingredients we used to make the cups are same as we used in Garlic Bread Recipe. You can follow that recipe to prepare it easily.

Ingredients for Topping:

Ingredients Quantity
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Carrot(chopped) 1/2 cup
Tomato (deseeded) 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 1 cup
All purpose seasoning 1 teaspoon
Chilli garlic dip 3 teaspoon

Method:

1. Chop capsicum, carrot and tomato. Take a small ball sized dough and roll on a flat surface into circular shape. Take baking cup mould and brush it with butter before putting the circular shaped dough into a cup shape.

2. Spread the chilli garlic dip and put the chopped veggies into it.

3. Spread mozzarella cheese and all purpose seasoning. Bake it at 180 Degree Celsius in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes.

4. Enjoy!!
