Green Aloo Vada Recipe

Here is spicy & yummy green Aloo vada which I prepared for my first Ramadan. This dish is perfect for those who don’t eat onion. The filling in this vada is different from other vada, because I added green spices in it which gives very unique flavour to it. Follow my easy recipe with step by step pictures.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking soda a pinch
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt as needed

Method:

1. Boil, peel and mash the potato.
