Onion Tomato Chutney | Spicy Tomato Onion Sauce | Tomato Chutney

This is hot & spicy onion tomato chutney and usually served with pakora, Idli, Dosa and Oats ball. It can be prepared just in 5 minutes. Today I prepared it as an accompaniment with Oats and flakes balls for breakfast .You can also use it as a sandwich spread for breakfast or when you make it as a snack. Ingredients Quantity
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Peanut 2 teaspoon
Dry Red chili 3
Coconut 1/2 inch piece
Salt as needed

Method:

1. Dice Onion and tomato. Heat the 2 teaspoon oil in pan,  Fry Onion, dry red chili, coconut, peanut and tomato till onions are translucent as shown below.

2. Now take cool mixture into mixer and grind it to make fine paste. Add salt as needed. Onion tomato chutney is ready.

3. Enjoy!!
