Pepper Singhara Recipe | Pepper Tropanuts

You may know what Singhara is, if you are a foodie, but surprisingly there are so many people who are not aware of it’s existence, let alone tasted it.

To all those people, let me tell you that is so tasty that you would add it to your favourite food you enjoy. Pepper Singhara makes an amazingly delicious snack and you are going to love it.

You can follow my easy recipe with step by step instructions.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Singhara 1/2 kg
Ghee 2 teaspoon
Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon or as needed

Method:

1. Peel off the skin of singhara and wash it well. Heat the ghee into pressure cooker and add singhara in it.

2. Fry it on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes and add pepper powder and salt. Mix it well and pressure cook it for about 3-4 whistle.

3. Open cooker and serve hot with your favourite bevarages.

4. Enjoy!!
