Pyaaz Pakora (Crispy Onion Rings)

My favourites is the Onion Pakoras , Pyaaz Pakora translates into onion (Pyaaz) and Pakora(Indian fritters). It is also know as onion Bhaji.These Indian onion fritters are similar to extra crispy and spicy deep fried onion rings.

Ingredients Quantity
Besan (gram flour) 2 cup
Onion 2
Green Chillies 4
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 2 teaspoon
Chat Masala 1/4 teaspoon
Salt To taste

Method :

1. Heat oil into pan for deep fry for about 5 minutes.

2 . Mix Besan , salt, spices and onion. Add few tablespoons of water until a thick batter is formed.

3. Drop 1 heap of onion batter with a teaspoon into the hot oil. Fry for 3 minutes until the pakora turns golden brown.

4.Serve hot with Sauce .
