Seb Ka Halwa Recipe

Few days ago, I was given a challenge, a challenge because I was spamming by Facebook with these recipes from Evergreen Recipes. These recipes are so tempting to my friends that I keep getting requests to post a recipe to help them prepare it easily. But this time I got a challenge to make something from Apple.

I instantly came up with this recipe, As I had already created this Fruit Sevai, which turned out great, I was confident that this one would be appreciated as well.

So, presenting my recipe of Apple Halwa, which are great to taste and easy to make. Follow me step by step recipe to prepare this at home.

I used the ingredients I love to have in a dessert, you can further improvise this recipe accordingly.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Apple 1 kg
Pure ghee 5 teaspoon
Cardamom green 1
Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts 10 no’s
Coconut 1/4 cup
Pistachio 10 no’s

Method:

1. Peel off the skin  of apple and grate all the apple as shown below in the picture.

2. Heat the pan with ghee and sauté with cardamom green and add grated apple. Cook it on medium flame for about 4-5 minutes.

3. Add milk, sugar, coconut and chopped dry fruits.

4. Cook it on medium flame till all the milk is completely dry or turned into solid particles. Apple halva is ready, garnish with some more dry fruits and serve hot or chilled. I served chilled
