I wouldn’t have believed that a fruit based smoothie could be all that healthy, but the protein is what makes it great. This smoothie is ideal as a replacement meal. One other great thing about smoothies is that to the opposite of simple juices, it keeps all the natural fiber, which helps cleansing the digestive tract.

1. Take all fruits as shown below. You can also take the fruits that you like or you want to add it in the smoothies.
2. Grind all the fruits with addition of 2 teaspoon honey, ice cubes and water to thin.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy !!
